Desolate urban mall with no lighting and mall abandoned

The hotel itself was fine with very friendly staff. It was the location that was the problem. Especially a woman traveling alone. It is located in the parking lot behind an abandoned shopping mall. The area was very deserted and overgrown. I did not feel safe or feel safe leaving my car.

We came to visit my son who attends seark college. Each time we go we end up staying here. Its clean and close by to all things. And i have to give a huge shout out to chef cc, who was absolutely amazing. She was so nice and really took care of the guests. I was up early and breakfast wasn't open yet but i needed coffee and she made sure the pot was fresh and ready for me to get some and just the nicest person. Front desk was also extremely helpful! Will definitely stay when we go to pine bluff.

We came to visit my son who attends seark college. Each time we go we end up staying here. Its clean and close by to all things. There is Zero signage to find this place. It’s behind an abandoned mall. The first room was molded and the guy was annoyed we ask for a change.

The staff was so friendly and professional. They kept the place immaculate. Don’t let the old abandoned mall that it sits by scare you. The front desk lady showed me that they have video surveillance all the way around the hotel including the parking lot.

Then he continue to listen to his computer (which was super loud when we walked in) and continued to eat his noodles. Then finally checked us in when he realized we were still standing there. Not in the best location. It’s behind an abandoned mall, which obvious isn’t maintained. The road to get there seems like it’s taking to who knows where!!
The lady from the kitchen was very nice and breakfast was good. The lady at the front desk in the morning was super nice as well and check out was easy.

The hotel is well kept and clean. I personally did not like that it was located in an empty mall, felt unsafe and was worried that about my car rental. I did see they had cameras from most views. Customer service was okay, check in employee really nice however when checking out, that employee was not, not even a good morning or thank you for choosing their hotel.
