A very limited breakfast was offered on Saturday. I understand that things happen with staff but this property is part of Captain Hirums so there is no excuse.

The sheets were not fresh and clean, they were never changed from the last guest, the sheets were only made. The staff did gave us clean sheet when we complained and the mext day the house keeping gave us fresh linens.

The place was clean and well kept. Wife and I was very impressed with the staff and how clean and organized it was. The morning breakfast was great! Everything was clean and setup perfectly with everything we needed for a breakfast.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping was always working, polite, and helpful. Front desk clerks were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast area was clean and well managed. The young lady taking care of kitchen was always pleasant and kept it well stocked!

Jenn at front desk was so nice. So helpful. And the breakfast was nice as well, morning staff very pleasant. Will stay again.

The cable tv was shut off early in the morning, at night the water in the shower was tepid at best, the breakfast was okay, water view restaurant nearby the hotel was very good and we received completely drinks from the hotel.

Didn’t have room ready , had to wait wait 2 extra hours in lobby. worker splashed coffee all over my husbands shirt while throwing away a coffee and splattered all over my husbands shirt and did not apologize

The room smelled musty/ moldy.

Our first room was on a floor which wreaked with must/mildew, and the carpet was sticky (I don't walk in shoes in my hotel rooms as when I'm home). When I told the front desk, she seemed to know there was a water damage issue so she put us on another floor which still stunk but wasn't as intense. I had 2 small kids with me, plus an infant so I didn't want to deal with the back and forth. I realized the entire hotel is terrible and there's no point to keep changing rooms. Our 2nd room's carpet was also filthy and sticky so I kept my shoes on and made sure the kids did too. I couldn't let my baby crawl. There were dead baby roaches stuck on the wall, right behind our heads at the headboard of the bed. At night when going to the bathroom and turning the lights on, I had to be careful where I was stepping because roaches were scattered all over. I was so skeeved out that I dreaded going back to the hotel at the end of everyday (stayed for 3 nights). There were no other options in the area so I was stuck. I told the front desk and they said they'd speak to someone, but I never heard back from anyone. She seemed to care less and even had me wait 20 minutes just to talk to me. Absolutely no attempt to compensate in any way and make it right. It was one of the most uncomfortable and disgusting stays I've had. I'll NEVER go back, and will definitely WARN everyone.
