I had a great experience with this hotel. Today the bus runs late since we have our connection, the hotel staff offered our private drop off. We really appreciate the hospitality.

While this is the most pricy hotel for my trip (although not very ex), it is also the most disappointing one compared to the rest in terms of staff service and facilities. I had a very bad experience with a staff at the convenient store.

If you don’t know where to stay in Niseko, here is good choice
Staffs are so nice and kind, I was by myself and really relaxed in this hotel.
There is open air hot spring and it’s nice during winter. Also, I really liked breakfast venue. It’s large and many choices.

i liked the spacious room and a hard mattress. the onsen and breakfast buffet were great. unfortunately the AC in the room i stayed made my eyes itchy. not sure if it was the air or dust or else, but my stay was not entirely comfortable.

This was a pleasant traditional Japanese style hotel. We enjoyed the quiet environment and wonderful onsen. The breakfast buffet was wonderful as well. The hotel staff was pleasant and the rooms were very clean. Definitely recommended for those who want a quiet place to stay near the ski resorts.
