Nice and quiet. Close to perisher. Lots of food and other essentials nearby. Place itself ok for the price.

The newly renovated room is modern and clean, with a great view of the mountains. The facilities are complete and all new, and the staff is very friendly. However, the sound insulation of the room is not very good, and the shower in the room we stayed in had very low water pressure and the temperature was inconsistent.

The new rooms have a lovely view overlooking Cooma and surrounds. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin. You can hear almost everything in the adjacent rooms. The staff were very friendly though and the location was very convenient. Just a shame about the building quality.

Good outlook. Good service, Clean premises. Central location. New units and landscaping under construction at the time of visit but this did not impact on us.

It is very hard to rate as it is in the process of extensive renovations. We enjoyed it but might distress others. On a hill on the edge of town but only a few minutes drive to the centre. Great view. Very cheap and we paid $10 to upgrade to a new room with a mountain view. The whole site is a bit of a mess but no noise at night. Well equipped room but the king bed takes up much of the floor space. Large bathroom with good shower. Definitely an experience and we would stay again

Absolutely loved our stay the owner upgraded us to 1 of her newly refurbished rooms big king bed big tv and lovely bathroom Would definitely stay here again Highly recommended

It's a good motel to stay at for exploring Cooma and its surrounding areas. It's in a good spot just off the main road enough to not hear any traffic and the view from the lower rooms is great.

Overnight stay here with our dog. We were asked if we wanted to pay $8 more to be put into a new room with a kitchenette fully equipped and super large tv. Lovely and quiet off the main road - good night sleep. Whilst there are works ongoing with renovations etc, we were not bothered by this.

Building new cabin rooms with modern look. Room a wee small to manoeuvre especially if you have a luggage to place on the floor. Well equipped amenities and utensils. Pool was closed but we were not given a headsup before hand. Room & Reception had no information on the town eg places to see, pr interest, or nearby restaurants for visiting tourists. Had some wildlife outside the room as a bonus.
