Friendly staff, clean room

Average experience, the reality is totally different than in the pictures, the parking lot is 280 m away from the location you don't have any check in instructions before arriving at the location because it's very hard to find a parking place around. The price does not reflect the accommodation conditions at all.

Very clean and quiet despite being located in a busy area. The staff is very friendly. The location is safe.

This hostel has not the quality classified by other travelers. As pro, is the staff, very friendly. As con, is the installation, very weak, without elevator and other characteristics that give comfort for guests.

With an entrance from the street there are three doors to go through ( code, card and key?), But the rooms were modern and spacious. The water in the shower was so hot it burnt my hand on the showerhead - it would have badly burnt me if I had washed without checking. Parking was an issue, even for the drop off but it was very convenient for everything with loads of good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Well placed apartments. Been at both the big appartments and was very satisfied with my stays there. It was clean and comfortable. The showers are good to, thats important for me. If you are 2 couples or a family, this is the place to be staying.

My third stay here. Good location. Reception always good service. I would ask to stay in the newer annexe building next door as the rooms are newer.

Quiet location; many restaurants & bakeries nearby; easy walk to city centre and University of Belgrade; responsive/helpful staff; large room/bathroom; reliable airport transfer; secure access.

This place is a decent value for your money — one of the cheapest rates for a room in the central part of the Old City. The rooms have good showers and fairly comfortable beds, which covers the basics. What is much less impressive... 1. The rooms look NOTHING like the photos — the photos on the sites are perhaps the most creative use of wide angle lens and photoshop I have seen. They simply look much shabbier, smaller, and cheaper than the sparkling luxury rooms depicted. 2. The cleaning service makes up beds about as well as a toddler. I mean seriously, I thought somebody had been back to my room and wrestled on the bed when it was "made". Unfortunately, this prevented me from leaving any tips in room afterwards. And we ran out of toilet paper to such a degree that we just eventually bought our own. 3. The Internet. If you need reliable service to conduct work calls or even just reliably enjoy streaming music or videos, this is NOT the place for you. I'd say it worked about 1/2 of total stay

This is a great place. Very close to everything. My room was huge and very comfortable and clean!! There were a couple of nice cafes/bars right outside the entrance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend!

2nd stay here. Like the location. Staff were very helpful. Upgraded to a bigger room this time. Living room area was spacious but lacked air conditioning, an upright fan would have helped. Bedroom was a decent size and had a/c but tv remote missing. Bed was very comfortable. Shower room was small but adequate. The standard shower hose had a loose fitting so wouldn’t stay in place & the overhead spray had a loose fitting so it sprayed water vertically to the ceiling (hence the paint damage above the shower) and then arced over the shower unit to the sink mirror so you couldn’t use it even close to full power. The use of a little terrace was good. Minor things that didn’t really affect my stay too much but things that should be rectified quickly.

Very good location and very spacious. However, room was not clean and lots of dust/hair throughout the apartment.

Very specious apartment at a very nice location. It is located close to the main sights but in a calm area. The cleaning could have been better and the facility could use a little bit of freshening up, but then again that is probably the case for the rest of Belgrad as well. Pro tip, use their car service to and from the airport, it was amazing!

A small hotel but we had a good stay. Room was big and the toilet was huge with two sinks. Hotel is conveniently located with plenty of food and drink options on the same street and on adjacent streets. An easy 10 minute walk to the main boulevard Knez Mihailova.
