Meh. Don't appreciate a filthy shower floor or the water that backed up in the shower.

Very surprised there was no microwave.
Nice that there’s coffee shops and breakfast places across the street. Outside appearance looks rough but clean inside. Curtains need updating. No shade or curtains on bathroom window, I needed to hang bath towel to cover window.

It was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had. Before I check in, I asked if I could change to an upstairs room but they wouldn’t do it since I booked through Hotel.com.
The room I got was clean; however, the room was not sound proof at all. I could literally count every single car that passed through the main road in front of the hotel.
On the second night they rented the room upstairs to someone and I couldn’t again sleep through the night because the stomping foot noise from upstairs was unbearable.
All these problems could have been resolved by changing to another room since the hotel was not even fully booked at all. Judging by the number of cars, I think only about 1/3 was occupied at the time.
I will never coming back to this hotel again.

The grounds are beautiful! The staff are great, bed was saggy. There was a lot of noise from the rooms around, but after 11 pm it was semi quite.

Visiting Cape Cod offseason with friends . Two night stay was pleasant. Very comfortable, but we could hear the people above us walking around. The first night we thought they were tap dancing! Nice indoor pool. Would definitely stay again.

Room was a good size but the bed was way too close to the patio doors. Overall reasonably clean except for the carpet which needs a clean.
Unfortunately the noise from people walking around upstairs at 6.30 in the morning woke us up and you could hear all the plumbing from upstairs.

Check in was smooth and friendly. Room was very clean, large and comfortable. Property was very nicely landscaped throughout- so many flowers! Pools were super clean. Tried using the outdoor pool but so cold (to be expected at the end of September but I tried!) Indoor pool was nice and warm and roomy. I’d definitely stay here again when the opportunity comes again.

The motel was very run down, very clean, wanted to go in the hot tub, was questionable, water for shower went cold after a few min. Walls very thin, noisy,the main office had something going on , the floor was pushed up from moisture, and the office smelled bad, was worried about mold very damp

We really enjoyed our stay at Cape Sands Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they had everything we needed! The room was comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed the pools and hot tub!

We stay every year. There were a few small issues this year. The floor by the bed was wet. Overall, we love the hotel and it can't be beat for the price. Bay view is wonderful.

Clean and functional for a night’s stay. Felt like your foot might go through the floor in places in ground floor room and if you have people above you will hear every footstep loudly.

Great motel to stay at the Cape. Convenient location, renovated, and clean. The outdoor patio with a view on the garden was a pleasant surprise. However, the room had a smell (like feet) and the WiFi did not work.

The wildlife we got to watch out the back window was amazing, the birds during the day and we saw coyotes at night!
