Graeat, beautiful property! Stayed only one night, wish could be longer. Room was clean,had everything we needed, modern hotel. Territory is beautiful, very clean. Breakfast had a lot of options, very delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

Fabulous property in great location

We've stayed at this resort twice and on both occasions, I've had terrible sickness and diorreah specifically on a Mon evening but my wife was fine. Both my wife and I ate/drank at the same places. We took all precautions, only ate at Ku De Ta, Finns and the hotel and washed hands regularly. The only difference is, I ate many different foods for breakfast from under the cloches and my wife didn't. I asked hotel manager if the food from a bbq event on Sat was making it to breakfast on Sun/Mon. He said it was all fresh, but the breakfast menu does change a lot after Sat. Crazy to think someone is cooking sweet and sour fish fresh for breakfast. We had to get an on call doctor as I was very ill, this was charged directly to the hotel bill which I thought was odd. The doctor left a needle on the floor which I stepped on in the night. I'm hopeful this was the needle that went into my arm as hepatitis wasn't the leaving present I was looking for from Bali. Other issue we had was a squealing aircon unit, it was reported but nothing was done. It's such a shame as apart from this, our stay was enjoyable. It just seems the penalty for the pleasure is night of hell.

This stay was our 3rd time and again we had an amazing time. The staff is very friendly and helpful making our stay very relaxing. Great location, clean beach and close the nearby markets and restaurants.

Hotel location was perfect, direct access onto the beach whilst sitting around the pool overlooking the sea. Loads of restaurants within walking distance.

One of, if not, the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Photos did not do this place justice. We were a big group and found it easy to hang out at the pool side bar, in the pool, or around their day beds. Never felt crowded inside the property. Attentive and friendly service. Nothing but praise for this place. But do choose the ocean side, as the second portion of the resort across the street would’ve been a pain to do daily.

We enjoyed our stay, such a beautiful property and very pleasant staff. They go all out to make sure you are having a wonderful time. It would’ve been amazing if they had rooms ocean front view.

Staff were all so helpful and happy. Plenty of pool umbrellas and sun lounges. Easy access with walk along beach.

We booked a beach room . You could not see the beach or sea . No sun at all on the balcony which we thought we had booked
