We had the most amazing stay at Aqua Boracay in november of 2024. The facilities, the room, and the food for all meals in Qtchn were nothing less than exquisite. The hotel staff were extremely polite, attentive, effective and provided top class service from beginning to end. We can also greatly recommend the hotel’s airport pick-up service.
It was an amazing experience from the first day that they picked us up from the airport until our last day when they dropped us off at the airport.
Aqua is located at the quiet side of Boracay which suited us perfectly. They have a free shuttle service that goes to D’Mall every hour with pick up.
We will most definitely return to the best hotel we have ever visited. Kudos to the staff and keep up the amazing work!

Was well received and looked after at the reception from the first moment. The rooms are large and spacious, and the area is absolutely fantastic. Everyone who works there is pleasant and welcoming throughout your stay. The hotel is located in the quieter area. But a short way to get to the center of the island

We went during off peak and price friendly time so it was very quiet. Looks good fun if it were busy.
Food menu was a little limited when compared with the likes of Crimson or Shang but maybe price reflects that
I hope people use it, a good addition to Boracay luxury options

Nice environment and clean big room. Employees are friendly pools are clean and beautiful. Location is far from the main beach but still have the other side beach just in the back of the resort. There is shuttle between Dmall every hour.

Check out time is too early 11 am is kinda ridiculous u charge 4 day 3 nites u check time is 3pm so that 9 hour that u paying a full day for then u rush to get out by 11 so technically your stay is 2 day and 20 hours if u added the time up. Many hotel have 2pm check in and 12 pm check out but as for the place n property it very well maintained, looks as great as the photo you see. The food and staff are great n very helpful.only thing i didn't like was rooms smelled little musty, but great hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel! The service is exceptional - wether it’s the housekeeping staff, lifeguard, gardeners, security guard or receptionist - they were all great! The room/apartment is huge and clean, the swimming pools are no exception. Location wise, it’s not far from D’Mall (the offer free shuttle every hour, which is awesome in this heat)!

My stay at Aqua Boracay was the worst hotel experience of my life. The moment I arrived, it was clear this place was a disaster.
The hotel was filthy. Trash and debris littered the hallways, and the carpets were stained and unvacuumed. My room reeked of mold and mildew. The sheets were stained, and the bathroom was disgusting, with mold and dirty towels.
The hotel is infested with rats and roaches. I saw rats in the hallways and my room. Roaches crawled on the walls and floors. Sleeping was impossible due to the fear of pests.
The staff was rude and unprofessional. They dismissed my complaints about the rats and roaches and offered no solutions or apologies.
The advertised amenities were a joke. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and the breakfast was stale pastries and lukewarm coffee in a dirty dining area.
Aqua Boracay is a disgrace. It's filthy, infested, and staffed by uncaring individuals. Avoid this place at all costs.

What i dislike most is their beach, we were not able to swim there because there are a lot of water activities going on all day, feels unsafe to swim with big kites flying around. We ended up going to the white beach to enjoy the beach and Boracay’s amazing sunset.
If you just want to stay in the resort and use pools, Aqua is the best. But if you are looking for the real Boracay experience, go somewhere else.
