Really outdated. Tv most be over 15 years old along with all the other mis matched furniture. Mattresses you can feel the springs.

There was only a shear curtain covering the huge window, meaning the city lights shone in all night, and the morning daylight awoke me and I was unable to sleep! If not room darkening blinds, simple blinds would be helpful!
The bathroom shower was pathetic (no pressure and not hot) and the water would not turn off following- had to report to front desk. My only room expectations are sleep and shower and your hotel failed miserably at both. Next time I will stay in a discount hotel, as I get curtains and a hot shower!

We had a nice stay with a couple minor exceptions: the bed is a foot from the air conditioner fan. I slept on the left side of the bed and finally had to turn the temp up as it was blowing right on me all night.
The breakfast was pretty blah. Eggs were dry and only warm and the sausage was inedible.
The staff are very good however and the hotel was very clean and bright. Close to the casino and relatively close to mosaic stadium. Downtown shopping is right next door.

Easy check in with friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient to our planned activities. Had to pay for parking which was not expected. The room was clean and comfortable.

You guys went above and beyond. Place was perfect and I gave you the wrong license plate number and ended up with a ticket that you guys offered to look after for me. Appreciate it! Customer service = Exceptional. Everything else was awesome too! Highly recommend.

When we where trying to book into our room, my husband's credit card was not working at the front desk. We had prepaid for the room. We had to wait a good hour so we could call his mother and get her credit card so they could use that to charge to the room for any damages we may cause, the man at the desk was making us feel stupid and unappreciatedthe whole time. Then in the room, the painting above the bed had a slimy looking hand print on it. The cleaning person i asked to clean it said she would, when we came back to the room, the hand print was still there.

We chose the hotel based on the continental breakfast, and arrived at 9:35, it closed at 10. All the eggs and sausages/bacon were gone and weren’t refilled while we were there.
