To start off, I had a really bad experience here. So I initially booked through Expedia, and I went based off the pictures and price. As soon as we walked in the room, we got hit with a really bad humid smell. The beds weren't even done and right away noticed that the sheets and covers had stains, hairs and cigarette burn marks. The ceilings and walls had water damage stains. The refrigerator was in no condition to store any type of food or beverages. When I asked the front desk to see if I can get a different room I was denied. So then I asked if they can change the sheets out and I was just handed more sheets with more stains. Don't let the pictures fool you. We had to leave and just drive 2 hrs back home. Therefore, I am demanding a full refund from the hotel because I wasn't going to expose myself or my family to that unsanitary room.

Property is old, sheets had cigarettes burns on it, they need to replace those. Entire room was dirty. Way over priced. I had to stay there last minute just to sleep and was happy to get up and leave right away.

We saw prostitutes every day in the morning coming out from rooms, not very clean inside the room, limited dining around.

All there was, was a mini frige. I would have booked elsewhere had I known we were not getting was I was told. Also there was hair in sink, bathtub and floor of bathroom and the tv did not work. Will never stay here again.

Disgusting!! We had roaches in our room, the walls were filthy, and the sheets were stained YELLOW. 10/10 never recommend! No refunds for disgusting rooms? How can you sleep in a roach infested room and gross beds!?

The room also had small black hairs on the bed like the washer they use didn’t catch them. When booked wanted a smoke free room and smelled so much like cigarettes I had to use my inhaler and allergy medication for itchiness. But like I said the front desk person was the most helpful.
