Overall it was a good stay. The breakfast staff was not that friendly but the hostess was really nice. Place was dirty on the outside/windows but the hotel room itself was clean and room service was great. Pool and gym are small but overall good. It was okay overall and would stay again but expected more for the price.

Great Location on the waterfront, did not realize it is connected to a large Casino, which was very nice but we do not gamble.

Very good facilities despite the restrictions of the Covid 19 pandemic situation. Breakfast is very complete and diverse. Good paid buffet on the first floor as an alternative for lunch and dinner.

Good friendly service, pool and gym are now open. Only down side was breakfast, mainly down to COVID restrictions so no buffet at the moment ( this used to be excellent!).

No air conditioning. Workers inside during the day making noise. No sleep at night due to external workers noise.

Hotel del Mar has always been one of my favorite hotels in the World! Very comfortable and nice spa area as well as nice receptionists. Vina is however not as nice as the Chileans believe it is.

Nice hotel on the sea front ( road in between) and just a few hundred metres from beach. Lovely swimming pool but limited outside areas to sunbathe.
