Perfect for what we needed and for what we paid! Room was a good size, shower was lovely and hot!
Breakfast was spot on and plentiful! Close to Vitosha Street and walkable for all sights!
Note: Visit Vitosha Mountain if you can - Take the metro to Vitosha and then catch the 66 Bus to the very end, beautiful view of the city!

Excellent location if you like walking and exploring the city. A few blocks from Lidl supermarket. Many restaurants and stores nearby. We found a cafeteria near Lidl supermarket and you will see the big Cathedral if you keep walking on the street where Lidl is located. Reasonable price with free breakfast. Breakfast is good. AC is too loud, I turned it off at night and opened the window for a nice cool breeze.

What bothered me was that on the first day I got the room that, according to the hotel system, is defined as new and superior, but in fact it was really different from what appears in the pictures. Because the hotel was fully booked, only the next day they gave me a room that matched the description on the website. There is no doubt that it is very unpleasant. But in any case a few good words to the staff who tried to take care and were kind. Breakfast is ok. Had I received the room I booked from the beginning, I would have highly recommended the hotel, but just not room 202 anyway.

Our overall stay was very good. The property is right at the footsteps of all major attractions. Very much walkable and have a 10 minutes walk for metro direct to Sofia Airport. We stayed in suit which was spacious, and very well organised with a small kitchen space. Enough room to sleep and have comfortable lounge and a balcony as well. The Aircon was absolutely working fine and have additional fans provided in case needed.
Breakfast was amazing and delicious with everything for everyone. The staff also prepared for us breakfast bags on the day we were leaving at 6am for a tour.

Nice and centrally located. Toilet and AC malfunctioned. Breakfast was 5 star. I booked this hotel for the sake of free breakfast. I think price is excessive.

On the day I was supposed to stay at the hotel, I got a call from someone from the hotel to tell me that due to a 'technical problem' they will not be able to honour the booking. Later I found out that this was because they were sold out.
The booking was paid at Hotels.com so now I am waiting for the refund but it is taking a while as Hotels.com say they are waiting for the hotel to confirm.
When I got told by the hotel that I can't stay there, they said that they will immediately let the platform know so the money can be refunded, yet, they have not done so yet.
I had to stay at a different hotel that night and pay there.
I am not happy with the experience and would like my refund please.

Location is excellent. Staff helpful, good selection for breakfast. Basic but everything you need. My only negative is the room was like a sauna.

The location is excellent to walk around the downtown. Breakfast is good. The only thing I would improve is the shower, is hard to not spread the water on the bathroom floor while taking a shower 😰, and I saw a few bugs around the bathroom drain 😬 That will need some attention. Otherwise than that, very nice for a few nights
