Not worth price. Bathroom was a closet. Toilet could have been connected to tub it was so close! Not what a suite is expected to feel like. I’ve stayed at other locations for this brand and the rooms were not this tight.

This property charge to park your car. Parking is NOT free. Hotels.com listing said parking available which is misguided. It should say parking available with fee. I am giving 1 star. It’s like you rent a room and have to pay to use towels. Parking fee should be included in hotel rate. In one mile radius there are 10 other hotels and no one has parking fees. I will not be staying in this hotel. Shame on Marriott Brand. You are not located in NY city. This is call Greed.

Great experience. Only issue was I wanted a king bed but they apologized when we arrived that they only had 2 queens but offered to give me comp Marriott reward points and keep room at same price so we took it. The room was quiet and clean. The hot water ran out pretty quick but they had a free breakfast and the pool and hot tub while small were clean and working. Very close to Arundel outlets and lots of food and shopping.

I loved that the place was clean and there was so much around for an affordable price! The room was nice and spacious, very relaxing. The staff were a little awkward and cold (at least with the ones Ive interacted with), but it wasnt bad

They pool was a bit small, cool tho. We had a leak from the ceiling the last night we stayed and they happily switched us rooms. Great customer service and nice size rooms. I will love to stay there again.

We booked this hotel for a one night and we will never come back to this hotel. As soon as we walked through the door the clerk was on her cell phone talking. We had to pay for parking in an empty parking lot. When we managed to get in our room it had an bad odor, the bathroom didn’t have a new room of toilet paper it was used from the last guest, we asked for blankets for our kids and was told they only had one (how does a hotel not have extra blankets??), the kids wanted to go to the pool the smell of the chlorine was over powering and burnt my eyes, there was a used wet tissue when you walked into the hot tub and there were brown marks on the wall near the timer for the hot tub. This place was horrible and I do not recommend wasting your time and money going here.

Hotel and staff were nice. Lobby was clean and overall the facility was presentable. Had trouble with sleep however as the bed was uncomfortable, the bed spring could be felt protruding through the mattress. Further, the bed covers were old, tattered and ripped. The hotel charged for Parking, even though parking is in a wide open air space adjacent to a coporate area and shopping mall.

Hotel was very nice. I was concerned with how slippery the bathtub and the pool deck were. Also, the spa is in need of work. Two of the jets were not working properly. All in all, a good stay.
