The beds are good, however the rest of this hotel (in relation to its prices) is disappointingly cheap with unmotivated staff to top it off.

Very nice hotel with large rooms and great bathrooms. I sure was a walk in with a rain shower head and also included a large tub that had a radiator to keep the towels warm. A very nice luxury after a long day.
The hotel was clean and nicely decorated for the Christmas season. People are friendly and spoke excellent English. I would recommend this to my colleagues who will be soon traveling to the same area for work.

Our 3rd stay at this hotel, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Rooms are very large & bathrooms lovely. We did find the restaurant & bar prices quite expensive this time but the food was very nice. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at this Hotel and I just want to say that the staff is really nice, they answered all my e-mails with very good instructions to from how to get there to where to take trains in Amsterdam.
By mistake in a previous review, I said that they did not answer the e-mails, that was my mistake. I got all the help I needed from them

This is a very nice hotel, but I stayed in he suit and the a/c was terrible, it is only for the living room and never reached the bedrooms.
The hotel staff are very, very nice and I wrote to them before arriving and they answered my e-mails in no time with all the information required
I will stay there again with no problem
