The lack of A/C and too hot a room, plus too soft beds, required opening the windows to all the sirens and noise and an uncomfortable lack of sleep. Plus, the Can-opener was broken and NO ONE to call to get a replacement. The "soft-bed" was very lumpy and quite uncomfortable.

Everything was fantastic except as others have mentioned no ventilation or AC. Left windows open but traffic noise and sirens make for a difficult sleep. Otherwise it was absolutely a great stay and lovely hotel.

I prefer a good old fashioned hotel...someone at the desk and door in case you lose your key. After a very long day getting there...4 trains and a bus...was looking forward to kicking back and ordering room service...no such luck.
