Terrible experience there was a lot of noise on the upper floor and it looks like the walls are very thin you can hear all the noise around the room and people will slam doors all night and morning me and my husband did not rest at all. We wish we can get out money back. We paid too much for not having a good rest. One more thing the phone in the room didn’t work to make a phone call to reception to report the issue.

I wasn’t planning on staying in the area so I arrive at the hotel pretty late. I checked in at the front desk and then proceeded to help my mom and my grandma take their luggage to their room and make sure they were able to access the room. I went to my room and attempted to open the door with the key card and the key card did not work. I went to the front desk again and asked them about the door to give me a key card. I then went back up to my room And attempted to access my room. Once again, the key card did not work so I once again had to go back to the front desk for a key card. This happened yet again. Finally by the third time, I requested that they just please give me a new room….which they did, but I was pretty frustrated with the staff at this point because it was late, I was carrying all my luggage, and I had gone back and forth to the front desk from the 2nd floor about 4 times in total.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Clean, nice, modern feel. The only negative was the walls were thin and adjacent room’s phone kept ringing at 5am and no one answering. Breakfast was a nice add-on with actual decent food. Overall, would stay here again

Nice room. Beds were comfortable. We had to unplug the phone since it was flashing red and we didn't know how to turn it off. There was only one chair that had a back and it was at the desk. not a high-quality chair. There was plenty of room for another chair with a back. As an older person I had to sit in the bed a lot.
Shampoo container in the shower was empty. We always travel with shampoo, so it didn't affect us too much.
Breakfast was mediocre at best. It will sustain life but without much flavor to it. One morning had an egg-white center with a yellow yoke-looking ring. Meat was pork sausage link with no flavor. Because of the location they will always be busy but if they had to rely on breakfast to bring in the customers they'd be hurting.
Lobby and foyer were very nice looking and modern. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

The place is clean and smells good. My only complaints is not having house keeping tidy up my room after asking twice in the morning. I asked for towels and no one was available to bring them to us. The rec room was actually really cool for my soccer team boys.

The girl at the front desk she compromised to call me when "the room is ready "and she never did. The room was ready at 5:30pm. Other than that the instalations are brand new.
