The propert needs some upgrades new beds, indoor and outdoor tables and chairs but is overall very relaxing and you have what you need.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel staff, especially the on-site manager, are quite rude and refuses to deliver on their promises. We planned our trip around access to day-use and were told multiple times over phone and in person that it would be no problem. When the day came though, we were met with an extremely arrogant and rude attitude and it was no longer possible (although we asked specifically the night before). We don't have any issues with circumstances changing, but being treated like crap from the on-site manager is unacceptable. We will definitely not return and don't recommend anyone to stay here.

The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful and nice. The property was clean and cannot think of anything bad.

As it was January the hotel was very quiet but my experience was very good. The staff are all friendly and looked after me well. Food was delicious - in other hotels i have found that this can be s problem during quiet periods. Location is good with some good coffee shops nearby and right on the beach.

The animation team is just amzingly nice and always here to help you. The activities are fun and the team is energetic. Always present around the pool and in the hotel. Very nice people. The whole staff is kind and always here to help you with anything. The hotel is nice ans the beach is beautiful. Music next to pool ws just great. Had the best time and the best vacation ever. The only thing that was less good was the food. The same things are served at each meal. Otherwise it is a really great hotel for families and young adults.
