For someone that is a frequent traveller I have never experienced such a high-level of customer service. The staff will go above and beyond to help, the cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. I would highly recommend those that are travelling single, as a couple, as a family, to come and have a stay at this hotel. Remarkable service, cannot recommend enough (And I have high standards, so that’s saying something)

Enjoyable stay, family centred hotel, nice pool area with small slides. Clean room with comfy beds. Good choice good. Easy to access to Dubrovnik town on the bus, circa 20 mins. Kids club is amazing!

Honestly pretty below average hotel, the hallways smell and its super confusing and easy to get lost, staff are nice but they promised me that they would be able to refund me for a night for one of our two rooms, since one half of our group's flight got cancelled last minute. They later declined a refund. Also the breakfast area is pretty chaotic.

Brilliant stay at Valamir Tirena. All staff were super friendly and the breakfast options each day were fantastic. The added bonus was Maro world for the kids which was well thought out and catered for all ages (my kids are 7, 12 and 14 and all enjoyed going to Maro world). It was my daughter's 7th birthday whilst we were there and they left a card and goodie bag in our room whilst we were out. This was a lovely touch since we hadn't mentioned this to anybody and was a complete surprise for her. Location was really good with several beaches/bathing platforms within easy walking distance and we found some fantastic snorkelling spots nearby. Getting into Dubrovnik was super easy too. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to book with Valamir again!

The staff is amazing, very friendly, pleasant and willing to assist. The facility is either recently renovated or new, modern and clean. Very easy walk to two beaches, Copacabana and Carol Beach, and also to bus stop that takes you downtown, old city.
Food, drinks and nightly entertainment is superb.

This hotel was perfect for my 9 year old so. And 7 year old niece. Even tho it was catered to making sure kids enjoyed their experience, the adults ont he trip enjoyed it too.
The pools were clean, you can use the pools at the next hotel that had kids slides and everyone was friendly there.
Kids club was open until 9am and after a long day at the beach and pools, our kids loved going there.
The beach had an obstacle course that was about 15 euros for an hour. My son loved this.
Breakfast was included and delicious.
We opted for the Buffet dinner and that was delicious as well.
Staff is super friendly and helpful.
We did a boat tour and they picked us up near the hotel.
The only thing I’d change is adding elevators that go down to the first floor because it was a long walk to the lobby. However. I’ll still rate it a 5 out of 5.
