A small traditional hotel convenient for a short walk to Bath town centre. Although the facilities were dated it was very clean & in good working order. The beds were comfortable. Parking was free & very convenient. A good place to stay.

Our room was ok. 4 poster bed had been repaired few times and had seen better days. Shower was to hot or to cold. Parking was good car park can accomodate 15 cars i would say. 22 rooms apparently. EVERY Ztime ypu go out the owner is somewhere to greet you ( bit creepy imo)

Not sure when this photo was taken, but this was far from the actual hotel when we arrived. Overflowing gutters, a very run down hotel, room was so small and had to climb into a very small shower with cracked tiles. Not a place I would want to spend time in. The host was pleasant and informative and luckily it was a speedy stay for us. The room rate was very high for what we got and will not be back. We have stayed in Bath on numerous occasions and never had a bad experience until now.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Whole property was run down and not at all like the website pictures. Barely adequate,eg masking tape over cracked tiles in the bathroom so toes aren't cut on the sharp edge.

There is nothing to say really, its old and tired and cheap furnishings and should be painted grey to match its feel but it served a purpose for one night, its a £50 a night hotel tbh

Beautiful location. Staff helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. View from the room windows excellent. Easy to walk to the Roman Baths. Dining options nearby as well as at the property (if booked in advance).

The room smelled damp, the bathroom fan was not working and there was mould ingrained in the tile grout. Manager was made aware and was unable to change rooms as fully booked. He contacted the owners to make them aware that I was not happy. I am awaiting their decision as to any reimbursement for this sub standard room.
