Everything was exceptional. It had a very welcoming and home-comfort atmosphere.

Everything was very good except it would have been helpful to have directions for the tv. The parking was an unexpected charge. Room was lovely and very clean. Enjoyed the sherry and chocolates.

This is a fantastic area for being in the middle of everything in Gettysburg. This hotel has amazing guest service, so cute, eclectic, vintage and lots of history! You will love it!

Each time there, the Swope Manor library has provided at least one excellent read that I have then ordered and added to my home library. This visit? Gettysburg by Iain Cameron Martin. A quick, entertaining and informative read which unexpectedly referenced Col Chamberlain, namesake of the room I stayed in, multiple times.

Absolutely beautiful B&B. Extremely nice owners, staff & chef. I am in love with my room. The tub - I could nearly swim in it! It was bliss.

1860's genre house with absolutely excellent location to Gettysburg shopping and tourist districts. Had breakfasts meals for 3 days and each meal was different, and very good. I highly recommend, and we will stay here on our next Gettysburg adventure

Another wonderful stay at the Swope Manor. I absolutely love this B&B, by far my favorite in Gettysburg. My favorite anywhere for that matter. The beauty of this amazing home is indescribable. Everything about it is perfect, from the staff, to the decor and amenities. So much thought has gone into this beautiful B&B, and it’s definitely noticed.
