Hotel is dated and smells old. But the service and comfort made up for it. Unbeatable location but has one pathetic f&b outlet. Their J premium room at 53m2 was probably the biggest available in Naha

The room stinks, even we use deodorizing spray many times.
The floor smells bad, until we combine two beds cover the floor. Very terrible experience.

Very bad experience during the stay. One of the front desk staffs was very impolite and blamed me when check-in. Unfortunately, the CCTV cannot record the sound as the evidence.

Overall was good, except that when we offer no Room Clean for 10days, no benefit nor reward of any kind for us whereas other hotels offer little gift like 1000 yen per day cupon to be used within the hotel etc.

It's a wonderful experience for staying in the hotel 3 nights with my family. The room is clean, service is quite great, location is right on the main street of Naha, and the breakfast is extremely wonderful, I recommend the hotel for all travellers.
