From the get go, the hotel and parking lot looked unsafe with many sketchy people around. Office was locked upon our arrival and the receptionist didnt come down until after 12-15 mins. Room not cleaned before our check-in nor throughout our stay (2 nights). No extra toilet paper or towels. Bathtub had a blood stain and what seemed to be hair trimmings. Housekeeping knocked at our door at 5:30pm to check if we needed anything and after we had requested extra towels we never got them. Loud noises/conversations were able to be heard all throughout the night/early morning. Definitely would not recommend.

Not very mindful of the fact that people want to leave their car and take an Uber. This was before I officially checked in. He did not want me to leave my vehicle at first.

Very dirty, smells like cigarettes and faucets leak. Finger prints all over the headboard, mirrors and light switches. Would have left if there were other options, but it was late.

Look at the images they show of the rooms and then look at what you get. This is the biggest case of fraud and Hotels.com should remove their listing. I could not get a refund because it was a third-party rental. I slept on a blanket from my car as I did not want to sleep in the bed. Also talking to the young man running the hotel (very Nice) told me they get government aid for housing people for 30 days so their customers were questionable at best. I had to call management at 12:30 in the morning due to outside activity outside my room.

We then waited again and gave them 20 minutes. Went back and the door was locked with no one inside. More people showed up and we were all waiting outside trying to get into the little lobby. The guy comes back and apologizes and gives us our room after an hour of waiting. We go to the room and it’s DIRTY! The bathroom was DISGUSTING, pubic hairs, dirt in the tub, there were little bugs flying everywhere. The painting was peeling off everywhere. The ac unit was nasty, everything just felt gross. Location is very questionable, but I guess I’m no one to judge. Not a family place! And to top it all off I woke up with red bites on my feet and knees. Bed bugs? Not sure, but still a nasty place at that.

I could not take a bath because shower thing did not work. There were heavy cigarette smokers standing around outside my room and there was yelling at night. One night a siren sounded repeatedly. I did not leave my room. There was nothing in the vending machines. What a dive.

I have stayed at the Vista Inn many times and each time I found it to be very tranquil. The Inn is always quiet and plus they have a decent cable system. In the past I was not very impressed with the front desk staff but since then they have replaced the staff. I was pleased with the gentleman that helped me at the front desk. His customer service skills were top notch and he was most accommodating. I would recommend the Vista Inn to a friend.
