We went to the hotel because they had a gym. Unfortunately, none of the machines were working. I asked in the reception and she said "you need to run on the beach" not here. I have a bad knee and cannot run outside and therefore we chose this hotel. She should have apologized and not telling me what to do. The pizza restaurant was closed. The other restaurant was only open between 18-20 - seemed a bit odd. The rooms were fine but I think the hotel should consider to have tea and coffee available + a kettle.

Not to high Hotel right near the beach of a nice small town. In the Lobby renovation is finished. The chambers are still a little bit old style with newer bathrooms. The beds are not so comfortable as they could be.

Room was good size, old furniture and the age of hotel is clearly visible in the main tower. Breakfast was good and was also deliver d to room with only 12 euro charge. Cleaning not the best, visible and thick layer of dust of brochure holder, fridge smelled nasty. Not really meeting our definition of 4 starts, but a good three star hotel. Swimming pool area was nice and relatively new (in the new tower). It would have benefited of more activities for kids, now it just has three pools. Beach is right next to hotel (over the promenade), so in warm summer months that is likely very nice Friendly service at front desk. Speaks adequately english.

In general a poor experience. We had pre-booked a family double room -and ended up being stowed into what could be best be described as an "extended closet". Reception staff was not helpful when approached on the matter, hotel was fully booked and nothing they could do, no compensation either.

It is a great hotel. Well located, nice staff, clean, spacious room and has a great swimming pool. The negative. No air-conditioning. They are expanding part of the hotel and there was a lot of construction noise from 7 in the morning. That was bad planning to have noise work during vacation season.

Nice hotel. Freindly staff. good breakfeast. New wellnes super. Only minus most people do not shower before entering the pool. Been there 4 times and will come again.

Major building site next door, so make sure to ask for a room with seaviews! On a cold day, the heater in the room was not working, but there was heating in the bathroom. The service was excellent and staff friendly. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with both continental and English available. Very competitive rates, can recommend!
