Perfect stay. Very friendly people. The restaurant had amazing food unfortunately i got really bad heart burn before going to the restaurant so i couldnt eat the food i ordered but my husband said it was amazing! I loved the funeral potatoes. I couldnt help but to eat those! The bar has a lot of options almost same food menu as the restaurant the drinks look amazing! We went and took shots of tequila! The pool/and hot tub was so nice the pool is warmed up so getting out of the hot tub going into the pool doesnt give you body shock lol. The hot tub is pretty decent sizes! Get the towels from the front desk for the pool

Cant go wrong with this area. Clean mountain air. Beautiful views. The resort had alot of good amenities bar & grill. We ate at the restaurant the food was fantastic. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only amendment i would add is my room location next to the mechanical room was a little noisey. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Ty!

The front lobby is really pretty with the fireplaces the staff was very friendly throughout the stay, we mentioned it was our wedding day and 10 minutes later we had a charcuterie board delivered to our room which was a very nice touch. Only thing I would suggest would be for the coffee maker in the room the were no utensils to stir the coffee with, that would have been helpful. The area is really pretty, there's a lot of construction going on right outside one end of the complex but once that construction is finished then it should be a really pretty place to stay

Staff is still lacking after a full year of poor service. We love it there so a self serve attitude is what we go in with and basically serve ourselves as if we’re just renting a condo. The staff can be snarky also. Property is beautiful and clean and we have been coming since it opened and will continue to do so. Ever since Tyler left as the manager the place is fully lacking any good service or help. It’s sad because it’s an amazing property and the food is incredible also!

The light that shown in the room all night long was unbelievable! From the car headlights that are parked directly outside the window, as well as the no privacy windows, to the blinds that beamed the street lamps and cars through the cracks and the ceiling air conditioner, temperature screen, wow!… beamed a spot light in the room like the moon shown all night. Terrible! It was like the sun and the moon shown all night long in the room. Terrible set up on that level. Customer service wasn’t very informative and was charged twice on my credit card. And the teeny, tiny bathroom… hardly had space on the sink counter for my toothbrush. TV shows didn’t work, kept buffering, couldn’t watch anything. Beds were so soft, the two of us sunk to the middle. Just not a great setup. It was clean I’d say, probably because people ask to be moved because of the terrible, unfavored ambiance you get while trying to sleep.

It was a great hotel with excellent rooms. The food in the restaurant (breakfast and diner) was excellent. We did use the sauna and swimming pool and liked both. Overall would definitely stay again.

We loved the beautiful surrounding mountains. Our boys had a great time in the pool, sauna & steam room. We also enjoyed the game room. Our rooms were also beautifully furnished & comfortable.

Kitchen and washer dryer excellent during our long trip.

This property allows pets which is fine, but the room across from us kept a dog in the room that whined and scratched at the door all night and all morning. Be aware that if you want quiet you may not get it since down at the end of the hall was another barking dog. I was so sad since we thought the property was nice and thought we'd come back.
