Wonderful stay. The cleanest place I have ever stayed at.

This hotel is reasonably priced, very friendly, very clean and looked like newly renovated from curtains to flooring. Very well taken care of. The breakfast area was thoughtfully decorated for warmth, comfort and beauty, also variety of good foods available.

A great hotel. Very simple, clean quiet and comfortable. The owner is extremely kind. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her motel. The price is reasonable and you get a nice continental breakfast! I’ll definitely be back when through this area.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. If you want quiet, request rooms away from the Main St. The vehicles can be really loud in the rooms closest to the park. Another great old school motor lodge upgraded.

Motel even has area to relax and enjoy the sunset with mountain views.
Location of the hotel is fantastic: walking distance from downtown Canon City; right across the street from the Royal Gorge train and the Arkansas river and 3 minutes from Tunnel Drive Trail Head if you like scenery and hiking. One block from the motel is a fantastic ice cream shop!
Continental breakfast was delicious, lots of variety. We ate outside of the breakfast area and enjoyed the mountain views.
We will definitely be staying here if we are in this area again!

Beds were super comfy, and the front desk service was great. Good breakfast choices, nice to be able to park right at our room. The road noise was very loud, as was the train that came by. Not a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind.

Great walking distance to town, restaurants and Royal Gorge. Owner was so nice and amenable to all of our requests. We would definitely stay here again. The sunsets and sunrises are amazing!

Old school motel. Was very clean and comfortable. Room was small but worked. There is some road noise since it is right on the main road. Overall clean and convenient.
