Sea view rooms are large with nice balcony, but interior or quite worn. Breakfast is ok with a lot of variety, but nothing special. Wi-Fi is not very good. Ok, but not a 5star.

Amazing property. Beautiful views, staff and a great restaurant. The Belvedere and Italian restaurant that one must visit. Overall the stay was great.

It wasn’t quite 5 star and very hard to get z dubbed round the pool unless you got up very early- also crying baby next to our room. Staff are lovely though

Great location, soacy and nice room. I was expecting coffee maschine and turndown service in 5-star hotel, but no! There were not enough sun beds by the pool, and guests were reserving the beds for hours without using them. Very frustrating! The breakfast was averige. First morning, the service was really poir, and the stuff was just ignoring you, but new waiters came the next morning, and the service improved significantly.

The property is generally very good as is the location and the staff. My one criticism is the petro chemical smell that can be detected when close to the outdoor pool and when in the pool.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our entire stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly interactions with housekeeping, every team member we encountered was incredibly professional and attentive. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The hotel's restaurant also exceeded our expectations with its delicious food and exceptional service. We can't wait to return and experience this outstanding hospitality once again! Miguel was so kind and helpful. He literally saved my life. All the staff were so cute.

Staff at reception were great and super-helpful. They gave us an upgrade upon arrival and lots of help with restaurant bookings etc. The valets were also fantastic. The only area that needs improving is the pool staff; they bring drinks, but are not helpful with pool towels, water and so forth. There were dirty towels and used glasses left everywhere.
Everything else was fantastic: location, view, quality of bedding and accommodation, parking and the maintenance; there’s even a peacock who canes daily from the nearby park for a stroll: so cute!

Easily one of the BEST resorts I’ve ever stayed in. Everything from the staff, the grounds, amenities and breakfast were absolutely stellar! Stay at the Grande Real Villa Italia and get treated like royalty. Absolutely wonderful!!

Hotel was incredible. The staff was super friendly. The hotel was clean. Great restaurant and pool. The pool does get busy so just keep that in mind but the location was perfect. Across the street from the water and downtown Cascais. It was safe and clean everywhere we walked to. I just wish we stayed longer!
