Not only did I not enjoy my stay, it was the most disgusting experience I've ever had in a hotel. I am not paying for that room. My wife and I did not even stay there because it was so disgusting. We drove the two hours back to our house, because when we went in the bathroom the first night, there was pubic hair all over the place, and there was either feces or blood on (and under)the toilet seat. My wife was extremely upset and so was I. We literally left the hotel and drove home, and then drove back up to New Hampshire the next day because we were there to visit our daughter who is a student at the university of New Hampshire. We would have told your front desk personnel, but they were also rude and completely uncaring about anything when we checked in. There were people there yelling at them because they didn't know what they were doing, and there were other people hanging around the front of the hotel smoking and swearing. I've been traveling for decades for both business and pleasure, and I've been to hotels, both good and bad, but I've never experienced anything like this. I will not pay for this! Do not charge my card. If you do, I will file a case with the Better Business Bureau, and I will go on every single review site I can find online and crush your place with a bad review. Disgusting!

Nice and clean and fairly new. Breakfest could be improved since it is a very limited offering

Easy property to find and access. Close to 6-7 restaurants. The room was adequate; room lacked any lamp, ceiling lights only, not the best for reading. Bathroom was dated and had a stale odor. Used to stiff mattresses, these are very soft. Breakfast was good.

The room smelled quite bad and there was hair on surfaces all over the bathroom so I wasn’t confident in how well it was cleaned. They did, however, offer to move me to a new room when I let them know and they also said they are planning on remodeling.

Staff is very helpful, Place is dated , bathroom was dirty , ( I’ll spare details ) carpet was damp….

The lobby looked clean but the room was not. There was a stain on one of the pillows and The bathroom was not clean. The mattress was not comfortable at all. There was an odd lady (seemed to be high) outside my door the next morning just standing there like a zombie. I was insanely tired from a very long day of physical labor and arrived late so I didn't even bother saying anything because i was too tired to deal with it. I would not return.

The interior is a bit "tired", but ok for the price range. They are obviously extremely short staffed, which means it is not as clean as I am used to. The two staff I interacted with were polite and helpful.

The jacuzzi tub was clean but the mirrors around it had handprints all over it. The rest of the room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Overall, the room was a good price with a relatively clean appearance.

Room was dusty and moldy. The reservation was for 2 queen beds, but it turned out to be to full beds. We inquired about it, but they just said they did not have 2 queen beds rooms.

The only think that was annoying was the room beside us having a party till late in the night. They were singing and yelling until 1 in the morning

Surfaces in room were greasy-desktop, endtable. Breakfast was mediocre. Other than that it was very good
