Ideal to stay for short time

Excellent service, very friendly staff at reception and also breakfast. Transfer guys were also great. Convenient location and very clean! Great stay in Mykonos. Only comment is the double bed were two singles pushed together, would have been nice for a double mattress.

The breakfast choices were excellent. The transportation from the hotel, from airport, to airport was wonderful. The staff are easy to approach and they are very friendly. The only thing I don’t like was the narrow road going to little Venice.

Good location within walking distance of the old town. Room was comfortable and the towels were changed daily. Basic breakfast selection. The staff were friendly and accommodating, recommending us places to go during our stay. Though there isn’t a pool you can use the pool in the hotel down the road which is a good bonus. Overall would stay in this hotel again if visiting Mykonos.

Pavos was so welcoming when I arrived my room was ready and made it easily to settle in and start my last day in Mykonos on a delightful welcome. Perfect person to welcome guest.

This hotel was great, as it wasn’t too far from the downtown. Everything else about the hotel as great, and I had no problems or comments.

The staff were amazing! Super nice and very helpful. We had transportation to and from the airport and breakfast was included!

Great hotel, very clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk into the city is convenient, and easy to sleep at night. Beautiful appearance too.

Failed to collect us from airport due to late flight by 20 mins Unfortunately the following morning upon check out on 24th July the transfer / taxi which we were promised the evening and morning before, for a set time never arrived. There was no solution in place following this for us to get to the port in time. Our ferry booking was in excess of £250 GBP and could not be missed. I am sure you understand the stress this caused. We were left with no choice but to walk around Mykonos town with suitcases in 30 degree heat with busy dangerous traffic looking for another mode of transportation which did not exist. I am sure you will understand that this is totally un-acceptable, not only morally it being our honeymoon but you have duty of care and safety to you guests which must be upheld. Eventually knackered we stumbled across a local man that kindly drove us to the sea ferry port just in time... We had to however pay him 50 Euro for the pleasure. I was horrified by the fact a service could be so un-organised and how un-helpful so many taxis were with refusing to take passengers in need. This is not the Greece that I used to love as a kid. It has been a week now since I complained and we have not heard back. I look forward to now starting to get our money back due to no response. Which is disgusting.

You are greeted at the reception by some incredibly friendly staff who are welcoming and helpful. The room is clean and tidy, and the cleaning lady is outstanding 🙏 She is cheerful and constantly filled with laughter – great style with staff who perform their work wholeheartedly ♥️
