We were hopeful, but it’s not good. No soap in dispenser, one towel, one coffee cup with one instant coffee, no creamer. If you pay the €7 euro for the breakfast, you’re making a mistake. When I went to ask for another instant coffee and cup so my wife could have one, the lady said “you can have that or get one from the machine”. Then, on check out, she wanted to charge me €5 for the coffee!

No additional towels or pillows available on requesting. Ran out of toilet paper in dispenser- room hadn’t been cleaned that day. Very hot weather experienced during stay - not even a small fan made available.

This hotel, although it has seen better days, was nonetheless very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, just around the corner from the cathedral and other attractions. Public car park just across the road.

Hotel was very poor. The room was in a tatty state with plug sockets hanging by the wires, toilet seat broken, bathroom shower cubicle didn't work. Breakfast was very basic (continental style). Although relatively inexpensive it was just as well we only stayed one night!

Very central hotel, only 1 minute away from Rouen Cathedral. Located in a very quiet street. I was not in Rouen as a tourist but was very happy with the location of the hotel. Basic room, comfortable and clean. The shower was not too powerful but did the job. As I arrived in Rouen on the 14th July (their national holiday), there was nobody at the reception but there was an envelope with my name on and inside there was the key and the code for the door. Really thoughtful!

I am parially sighted and need a rollator to walk which had to be folded to go into the small lift - but there is a lift! My various devices need charging and an adaptor plug was provided for the local sockets (which my reader didn't like) but the proprietress went well beyond what one would expect, looking up phone numbers for me and printing them out in large, bold font to help me. My hotel was very quiet at night, unlike my daughter and son-in-law's which was very noisy - and much further from the car park.The sheets and towels were well-laundered and inviting and changed frequently.
