Hotel was good, however VERY out of the way of the actual city. Breakfast has weird hours and very limited seating, would've been nice if they had a restaurant and shuttle service for the airport. The little store didn't really have anything, but there's a Tim Hortons down the street and a Starbucks in the other hotels down the way. It was great for what we needed, however next time I don't think we'd stay here for something in the city. Staff were friendly enough though.

Elevators very slow and one broken. Had to use staircase many times but lots of kids playing around . Bathroom area- water runs to bathroom easily (very low barrier) and small pool with lots of kids (very noisy can hear up to 2nd floor at times . comfortable bed , Breakfast okay. (Powered eggs and greasy sausage) Location excellent!

Toilet was clogged all weekend. Asked multiple times. Was told they would waive all the extra fees I didn't know about. Got charged for them anyways.

Elevator has not been working for months.
The juice machine wasn’t working, so there was nothing to drink for breakfast.
Needed coins for the laundry machine, but the front desk had No coins for it. Laundry machines now use an app

The room did not have proper darkening blinds or curtains. The strip mall across the street lit up the room all night making it difficult to sleep well.

Room was spacious with nice natural light, the king bed was very comfortable, the continental breakfast was great and the overall feel of the hotel was very comfortable!

With the busy summer time. The hotel just have 1 lift working. I stay there 4 night. Suggest more food for breakfast.

I paid for a room for 5 people. So the room I booked had a fold out for the extra people. The fold out was an old mattress with springs that dug into the body. The middle sank in. And it was so springy, that all you had to do was lift an arm and it would squeak. I got about 2 1/2 hours sleep on it. I asked for a replacement mattress or a mattress topper. I was given a piece of a mattress cover.
One elevator was out so there was only one for all the guests. Waiting at times for the elevator was 4/5 minutes. Then the side door entrance was not working
I was so disappointed in this hotel as holiday inn is my go to for hotel stays.

I am going to look into getting some form of refund for the extra I paid for..$700 was definitely not worth it
