This is our second time staying at the hotel and the service was just as good. Nice, clean rooms; good breakfast; and a location perfect for visiting Europapark.

Walking distance to Europa Park and food. Right next to grocery stores. Upper rooms are hot in the summer, even with the provided fan. The upper floor is stuffy with little airflow. Showerhead was dirty.

Older hostel-like building at back of property. Grounds need maintenance; view from room not great; pass on restaurant. On the pro-side, breakfast was OK, and near park.

Amazing personnel, room was clean, breakfast is sufficient. Furtiture is very old and shall be renovated a few years ago already, matresses are too soft and not super comfortable (although for 3 days of staying it was OK).
Overall good place of stay in case budget is very tight. Otherwise - look better for other options.

Super clean and perfect for a one night stay to visit EP and Rulantica. Super close to both parks. Great breakfast. Quiet rooms, very noise beds.

Stayed for a trip to europa park good location 15/20 mins walk to the park a short walk to hotel bell rock so you can get the shuttle bus to the water park the guest house was clean breakfast was great only problem i had was that the shower height adjust was broken and wouldn't stay fixed at a higher point pro tip you can leave the park though the spanish gate but not enter makes the walk back a lit shorter especially if you cut though hotel bell rock would absolutely recommend the guest house for a trip to europa park

We stayed with my son to go to Europa Park. Restaurant on site is really good! It feels more like a dorm but it was fine except we had to lug all our luggage up the stairs to get to our room.

The room was very hot, no AC just a fan. Breakfast was good but the room was located a bit far from the reception and it was noisy. It’s also not very welcoming when you enter the room and you find signs saying: if you use more beds then booked then you’ll pay 25 extra euros. Same for the towelse

The staff was very helpful, the room was great, breakfast was superb, parking was free. I would stay here again in an instant. Highly recommended if you're going to Europa Park!

No receptionist after 12pm, dark in the garden & in the path to the rooms. The sofa bed was not open and no sheets & blankets for the 7 person. We booked an apartment for 7, the wc was inside the bedroom so it was not comfortable for the others to come in during the night..
