Check in was really good and smooth, the reception lady was nice and make us feel welcome. She also accommodated to our request since we are celebrating my birthday and gave us a credit to use towards the hotel.

I totally enjoyed my stay at the MGM Towers at the Borgata, and will be planning my next visit in the near future. The cleanliness of the hotel, example the gym, my room, the dinning areas, the entire property was well kept. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Hotel safety is of utmost importance at a hotel, and a felt MGM did a pretty good job with that, security was seen on walking around. The Food court was great, it offered a variety of food options to choose from, and the foood was delicious. The hot tub, and pool area was clean, and well kept. Overalll we enjoyed our stay at the MGM Towers at the Borgata, and have encouraged friends, and family to book their next stay there when they visit Atlantiv City.

I didn’t like the fact that guests from the MGM tower ( us) were charged a ridiculous price for coffee sold in a lobby, when normally, this is complementary from hotels in other states. I would understand if you were not a guest at this hotel, but that wasn’t the case. The
Coffee in our room wasn’t great and we found that the staff wasn’t very hospitable and unfortunately, in general not well informed with their surroundings.

We were then told that a room was available on the borgata side and we could have a late checkout. The room was beautiful and the hotel was outstanding, the staff was amazing, we highly recommend you stay here. The only thing i can say is that the rooms you book should be ready for you at check in time, the pools close a little too early and i thought that being a borgata member gave you some kind of discount towards rooms. Other than that they are truly amazing and hopefully we wil be back soon. Also they have a bar called gyspy bar which was hands down amazing and provided such a great experience. Gypsy bar is the greatest.
