The private bath houses were great! Staff was super helpful and accommodating during our stay. Would definitely enjoy staying here again!

We stay in the condominium suit for one night, love the size of the room. Unfortunately the sleeping area doesn't have any air conditioning outlet and you don't feel area air circulation even there is no wall inbetween the living area and the sleeping area. You can feel at least 10c temperature difference by making 2 straps away from the beds towards the living as area. Out stay included dinner and breakfast, it's buffet style. Food is fair, don't expect anything fancy. Other than the above, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

I really liked the space of the hotel room, cleanliness, and walk ability to restaurants and the train station.

Close and easy walk from Gora Station and near Hakone Open Air Museum! Excellent onsen hotel! We had an onsen bath in our condominium room but we also used the communal onsen. Hotel had many levels and rooms for gathering together with free afternoon snacks and after dinner dessert with all the drinks you would ever need. It was fun to walk around and see all these rooms. We did not sign up for the dinner package but we did enjoy the excellent breakfast! We happened to be in Hakone during a beautiful sunny day and was able to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor amenities and nearby attractions. We greatly enjoyed staying at this hotel and would absolutely return when we are in Japan again!

Great hotel right next to tram station. Breakfast is ok, what I would expect. Onsen is wonderful, service is great Will reserve again.

No elevator to all floors. Had to carry heavy suitcases up flights of stairs. Did not tell us horrendous cost of eating dinner in their restaurant before we ate despite asking at the time.

Excellent amenities such as the footbath, fireplace, reading area, childrens games, snacks and drinks. It was a very safe and welcoming environment.

I cannot recommend this hotel, despite its wonderful and convenient location and the free drinks and snacks offered in the evening. It has too many deficits, although some could be easily remedied. Inexplicably the hotel was constructed without elevator access to the rooms in the west wing, and the staff does not offer to help with bags, even for guests such as us, in our 70s and 80s. The stairs are not inconsiderable. The bathroom was tiny. There was no chair or stool in our room, despite ample space in the entryway, making it difficult to change from slippers to shoes, again especially so for the elderly. The mattress and pillow were hard, with the former placed essentially on the floor. The breakfast was unexceptional, with poor baked goods. Finally, checkout time is 10AM, earlier than the typical 11AM for Japan.

This was perfect for traveling with kids. The room was large, there was a public and private bath. Staff were great with my toddler and there are kids areas and free snacks for them, while it's also in walking distance to other things in Gora. I would stay again.

Near Gora Station. Super convenient to navigate and find activities around the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The complimentary sweet treats and beverages at the lounge were very well appreciated. Love the breakfast buffet especially the Japanese local dishes on menu.
