This is a charming, quiet place with a lovely host. I immediately felt at home. I was there only for one night as I was going to a wedding nearby. I could easily have stayed for a couple more days just to enjoy the place!

Really quirky, rustic chic. Overlooking lovely gardens. Lots of lovely artwork - like staying in someone’s home - made to feel very welcome in a very chilled atmosphere.

room was dark and off the kitchen with a separate bathroom in a corridor . no separate place to sit outside apart from off their main living room .

The hosts are amazing, the property is Dream like place in a beautiful nature setting

Both Jo & Stan were so welcoming and accommodating, we joined them for drinks, they provided a great breakfast and provided really useful information on the area.

Could have been slightly cleaner but they have a wonderful range of animals so it does make sense that it wasn't although both made efforts to keep it clean and organized as best they could

The location is nice and very quite, and the owners are quite friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a separate house due to some logistics, but still the room was quite nice. We were offered a drink when we arrived and we had a covered parking spot. Our dog enjoyed the green area and we enjoyed a bit the pool after a hot driving day.

On the negative side, the breakfast was quite simple, and the bread was not fresh; we had expected better. The wifi was slow, but that’s to be expected in a rural area. To get to the place our gps sent us through a rocky road, but there is a better road that we didn’t know. Would have been great to know in advance to avoid our loaded car a rough time.
