Great area right across from lagoon, free breakfast. This property seems as it’s family owned, same faces everyday. Really enjoyed it here.

When we visit Bacalar again we will definitely stay here again. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful rooftop terrace with hammocks and loungers to look out over the blue water. Breakfast was very good as well. We would highly recommend this hotel.

I have no idea how any of this went because the hotel never got my reservation from Expedia. We drove 5 hours from Cancun only to be told that we didn’t have a hotel room. The staff was rude and unhelpful and basically said it wasn’t their problem. We had to scramble to find another room at 9p while being exhausted from a 17 hour day of travel.

The location was great. Easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was included and made to order. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable
