When you book a hotel in a big city during the summer, you expect et to be at warm vacation. That is why we booked this hotel with pool, to give ourself a place cool down after a day of seightseeing. So when the pool doesnt work 3 out of the 4 days you’re Staying you don’t feel you get what you payed for.

Small hotel with good transportation to downtown.
Staff is polite and helpful, cleaning ladies are doing a great job, and the staff for breakfast make sure that you have access to everything you need.

Helpful staff, clean room and air conditioned. Close walk to the arena, the park, the train station and some very good restaurants. Great value for the price.

It‘s been a few hot days so the pool and sauna were great to hang out in. The room was spacious and very clean; breakfast buffet very extensive and delicious. Everyone very friendly. Euro 2024 Soccer matches shown in bar as well as garden!

Good and close to great facility. The only reason for “close to great” is that I didn’t get a chance to use the included Spa and (charged) breakfast. Location is great, room is great! I got to stay in the room at the top corner facing the church so the unobstructed 270 degree view is unbeatable. Thanks!

Dining room closes at 9 pm. No room service. They charge for every small bit including extra pillows or blankets.

Sorry to say that we expecting a bit more, hotel was ok and staff were nice, but our room was a deluxe and just felt like a standard room, spa was ok. Temperature was a bit cold in the hot tub and the pool, it’s faer to say that this is probably why the room and stay was discounted.

Hotel room is spacious, clean, and what I liked is a big mirror at the corner of the room. Nice breakfast, staffs are very nice and friendly. Quiet, safe place, I'd love to revisit this hotel again.

Property had no problem holding my reservationas. My initial flights were canceled., 2 days later i arrived,around 11pm. The Elder Gentleman Greeted me very kindly, professionally He made me feel welcome, as that type of greeting was impressive and made an impact on my whole trip. From there all the staff, from Breakfast ladies to the other Front Desk staff were very Helpful, The Breakfast was High Quality

This hotel is amazing. Great service, kind and helpful personal.. Good breakfast... Pity the juice was so bad..... Not a really orange juice... Almost no taste.... Pity... The rest was perfect.
We were disappointed from the certains in the room... No dark certains at all... We woke up every morning at 6:00 because of the strong light. Pity....
The hotel is right by the city park.... And close by to transport bud to centrum. But I have to say that it is an amazing hotel, beautiful and clean. Good breakfast and great internet. But I'm not going to stay in this hotel the next time because the problem with the windows.... All my group had the same problem.... Too much light early in the morning. Next time I will find an hotel with dark windows, so we could sleep. Pity.

Nice hotel, a bit far from the city center, but easy to access via bus or by walking from train station. Very good breakfast, nice staff. Small gym (some equipment's were out of service), swimming pool.

we had a very good time ,all hotel staff where very friendly and helpful , room was always clean and we got every thing we asked for . hotel is located very good next to a very busy bus stop , we didn't have to wait more then 1 or 2 minutes for a bus downtown .
