I feel like if you enjoy party life and loud noise since there is a bar next door that plays into the midnight hours than this place is for you. It wasn’t for us. The area is really pretty next to the lake across the park.

When we got to the property, after the already inflated price of $553/night, we were told there were additional fees not included in the price on Hotels.com and that the actual price was $659/night!!!
Television only got one channel and when we had maintenance come look at it the first morning, the guy said he had to get his brother and then NEVER came back. No coffee maker. No hairdryer. This was an unbelievably bad stay!!!

The staff was very rude. They also charge you a $250 deposit, and no it’s no a hold the charge you and if you don’t tell them when you check out the charge remains!

We booked the luxury suite, and it was anything but luxurious.it was dark and none of the furnishings matched. Couldn’t open the curtains because the window faced the driveway that all the golf carts were parked at. Only could rent a golf cart from the hotel or we could park there.
The location was convenient to most things. Unfortunately it was located between two bars that had live music till 2am. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The place did not look like a $300/night hotel it looked like a motel. This was not family friendly with bars playing music past 1am. There was trash left in the room. There is no parking for guest and the hotel does not have a swimming pool as advertised. The pool is at another hotel which is also not kid friendly. You have to wait in line to clock in along with people who are also renting a golf cart or ordering food. We thought we were at the wrong location. It’s close to a park which was nice

The staff gave us an upgrade to a 2 room suite with a full sized fridge, microwave, pull out couch, eating area with nice table and chairs. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great time. The Edge water is a great location, bars and restaurants to your left, to your right, etc. The downtown park is right across the street too.

I had a reservation for two queen beds, but what I got was two double beds. When I checked with the receptionist, she said it is a queen bed and bed frame is actually wider. She showed the other room with queen bed which looked bigger. But She said it is the same size that I got. I would never agree it is a queen bed, I have stayed in other hotels too. I can say it is a double bed.
In addition, shower glass door has a gap and water was coming out while taking bath to the bathroom space which made flooding in the bathroom.
Finally, there was a bug in the bathroom which I showed the receptionist also. Not at all pleasant experience staying here.

Staff was no help. There is no parking at hotel and the staff was unable to to offer any help. Got a golf cart for Saturday until sundy returned by noon for 80.00. To get one to use to help in parking the car somewhere for an hour or so was going to be charged an additional 80.00. Very noisy upstairs at around 500am. I think it is the help there. We will definitely find somewhere else with parking if we ever go back there.

Terrible experience here. I booked my stay through Expedia for 8/24 , Bash on the Bay.
Since the Bash was cancelled, i called the # to the hotel and was told I need to email regarding reservation questions. I reached out by email to the hotel to just inquire if I could get a refund IF I canceled my reservation or reschedule the booking to the new date of the concert. I received no reply. Assuming it was probably not going to be refunded if I cancelled, I decided I should at least get use of the room. I took the ferry over to put in bay and showed up at the hotel expecting to have a room to stay. The desk people at first told me that Expedia cancelled my reservation. When I called Expedia they said they still had my reservation showing active. Then the hotel desk said THEY cancelled my reservation due to the email I sent requesting it be “canceled” which was not in the email. It was simply inquiring about a refund if necessary or rescheduling. Also, the hotel never replied AT ALL to the email so why would they cancel my room & give it away with no cancellation confirmation?!! So I came all that way and paid $525 for 1 night which they took out 3 weeks beforehand and show up with no room to stay in!? The desk personnel kept brushing me off and saying there’s nothing they can do and that the owner needs to take care of it but he’s “not available.” How do you have no competent manager on duty?! The customer service was horrific and I will never do business with this place again
