The check-in process was lengthy, there was only one person working. Being a Friday, you'd think they would staff another person because the line was long. The staff member was very friendly and welcoming, with a lot of patience.
The room is nice, nothing amazing, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable, pillows were a little softer than I like, but not horrible. The bathroom was decent, well-kept.
Parking is a pain in the butt if you get back later in the evening like we did. They don't charge for parking, but there should be some kind of extra charge for people who take up multiple spots - 2 trucks were just parked crooked, no need for two spots. Another had a trailer that took up 5 spaces. It's a little ridiculous to have to park by the curb next to the front entrance because of this.
Our keys kept deactivating, so we had to get those fixed every time. We were told it was because we had them next to our phones or other cards - we didn't. I've also kept other room keys in my phone wallet and never had this issue.
Check-out was an easy process. All in all, the trip was nice, it was quiet for the most part.

It was brief. We ended up getting a handicapped room so there was no counter space in bathroom, which made getting ready difficult. Also the bedding appeared as though there were only sheets in the bed. No blanket.

We evacuated our hotel room after i night as ther was no electricity...no air conditioner,tv or wifi. Ceiling above window was dripping water and wind was blowing in from closed window . Elevator was down, so we took the stairs and used the lights from our phones as there were no lights . We left with one night still booked.

This was our second stay here, its quiet, clean, rooms are good size, staff is friendly and theres always free yummy cookies! We'll be back

I registered a room for a staff member of mine for 1 night that had trainings in the area and I get a call saying my staff stole the comforter and they were charging my card $80!! First of all my staff isnt that type of person, second she was ubering from the hotel to training class where there was no where for her to put or hide a king size comforter!! I even called the trainer of the traing class and ask her if my staff had any bags when she came to class and she said 1 bag and there was no way a huge comforter fit in her bag. She doesnt have a car, so she couldnt leave it in Uber car. And got a Uber to take her home after training. How did she do it!!! Cause she didnt and you all charged me $80!!! Are you sure it wasnt hotel staff? You don't have cameras in your hotel! To see who the real thefts are!!

Very good hotel, very friendly staff at check in. It's located near some shopping malls and food places. We used it to go to Tropicana Field and it was a 10-15 min drive. Didn't use the pool so I can't comment about it. The breakfast it's ok, something to get you going. The only thing was that when we got to the room it had like bit of a wet or damp smell but I will have no problem coming back.
