We’ve been to The Atlantic House several times and enjoyed our visit. Always stayed on the second floor , king deluxe room. We were told that there were only two king rooms on the second floor. This third king room obviously swapped out a queen bed for a king. My bedside table was practically in the clothes closet literally and very near the corner of this closet. Not appropriate for the cost charged, just saying. We will be back spring 2025 and sadly not our last time.

i liked the person checking us in. The Room was good. keeping front door locked. Confusing and you enter through side door pass a weird break room. i would charge less and do away with the so called breakfast, hardly anything there and i guess you are supposed to go out and eat cereal next to door you enter on a park bench? i would make some changes to the checking break room area , maybe take a front room and let people enter and see the person checking you in, have a sitting area there as well. put side door a key locked entry. There is a beautiful view

This was a perfect space for much needed quiet time. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the beautiful ocean…especially in the morning seeing the sunrise over the water.

Awesome location hotel in the need of a facelift but very comfortable. Gorgeous spot and so easy to walk anywhere you want but a bit expensive for a no thrills hotels

A very pleasant stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very central to many locations/towns. Beautiful area to stay. Breakfast was suffice, enough to get you out the door in the morning.

Property in need of some tlc, fresh coat of paint inside and out would help

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I was highly disappointed and I’m not very picky when it comes to hotels. We spent $650 for 2 nights and felt like we were staying in someone’s old basement, it was extremely outdated and in poor condition. Our room was smaller than a dorm room, the comforter has brown stains, the head board would just a shelf crookedly nailed to the wall. The bed was metal and squeaked if you even slightly moved. There were black marks and damage on the walls, and black mold in the air conditioner. The room smelled really bad. The door wasn’t even properly sealed; you could see light coming in from the hallway and you could hear everything. There was one vending machine and it wasn’t even plugged in. The only good thing about it was the location, and that’s basically all you are paying for with this hotel; I would have rather slept in a tent on the front lawn.

The bedroom was the size of a shoe box, and the ‘view’ was of people walking in and out the front door. The bed was tired feeling with its squeaky box spring mattress. It was a place to sleep but didn’t feel inviting. Their ‘breakfast’ was cheap store bought bagels and sugary cereal station. Coffee tasted like *** Save your money, bring your own or go out to eat. We very much were looking forward to a visit back to Narragansett after having been gone 30 years. The town & what it has to offer was familiar & hadn’t gone all touristy. Atlantic House was a delight because we chose the highest price room overlooking the ocean with a large bedroom, sitting room & even outside porch & chairs. The staff very friendly & many offers to help. The biggest disappointment was the long, steep climb to the second floor. The continental breakfast was a bit skimpy but adequate. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
