Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt options. Packages of oatmeal, cereal, the ability to make fresh waffles on your own and the four different juice options plus hot chocolate. So yes breakfast is good and free. Just need to make it down to the lobby so you can eat. Did not care to much for the room they gave us this time around. It was a special needs room and we did not need such a room.

Some of the staff weren't very helpful, using "I'm still new here" to not try and resolve an issue I had. The walls were a little thin as well. Other than those items, the stay was fine.

Staff was very friendly, property was clean and quiet. The only this I didn't care for was the breakfast. There was no cream cheese for the bagels, and only scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast all the days we stayed.

Location was convenient to the Air Force Base, shopping, and dining. Room service everyday if you wanted it. Staff were helpful and attentive. Room decor was outdated, dark, and old. My biggest issue was ventilation in the bathroom. Vent fans were not located in the bathroom resulting in a very weak pull. This resulted in prolonged dampness and bathroom smells and humidity going into the main room. Ventilation was so weak that dark mold started to grow after two days in the room. Towels never completely dried after showering. Main course for breakfast everyday for the week I stayed was powdered eggs and thin bacon. I have stayed at this motel any time I have come back to Fairborn for visits. The location to restruants, shopping and other places of interests along with the quality of the motel and outstanding service from the staff makes it a guaranteed reservation here.

Property was very clean. The bed was very very very comfortable. Staff was very nice and everything went great for a stopover on our way to Nashville.

I was pleasantly surprised at my stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable (for me) and the breakfast was slightly above the usual continental fair with bacon and scrambled eggs, besides the cereal and waffles. The attendant was personable and prompt. All in all, I would stay there again the next time I am in Dayton.

Nice hotel could use a few updates in room but don’t let it stop u. It was clean and people were friendly
