Me and wife stayed 2 nights...after the first night we were gone from 8 a.m until 10 p.m and our room was never cleaned...no clean towels or anything

Our first day at the Staybridge Hotel. It was an excellent choice. Very close to the airport, but quiet. They provided a full breakfast, with good variety. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room had a full kitchen and was very comfortable. Abundant parking and good access to downtown Lafayette.

The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

It was close to everything and the staffs were so nice and helpful with whatever you might need. The only downside of this was the fact that one side of the hotel is under construction. Other than that it was great.

Property was in the process of renovations/interior design. The only reason to not get excellent rating in overall rating was because our bathtub needed to be completely redone. Peeling and flaking in the bottom of the tub. Sure that it will be addressed in the very near future.

It was a really good stay. My room was truly comfortable and clean. The breakfast was so good and there was variety. They were in the middle of some construction. The hall that was under construction was not blocked off so you could clearly see the work and there was dust in the area we passed through. I thought maybe the hall could have been closed off with some type of covering and a sign.

This property while under renovation is beautiful and comfortable much better than a popular hotel nearby that I normally stay at while in town.

We love the fact that the hotel is pet friendly, room was very clean and the breakfast was amazing especially the blueberry scones. Everything is very convenient to get to from here as well. The only thing is that I wish the water pressure in the shower was better. Other than that we had a very comfortable stay and we'll be back again.
