I recently stayed at Marina Rabat Suites and Apartments, and the experience was far from what I expected. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which was only available in one bedroom and the living room—not all three bedrooms as we assumed. It wasn’t cooling properly, and despite being told there was a leak, it never got fixed, leaving us uncomfortable day and night. The lack of a fan made it worse. Service was disappointing as well. No one was there to welcome us or provide check-in/check-out instructions; they simply handed over the keys. The cleaning staff seemed uninterested in maintaining the apartment, and when we requested an iron, it took two days to arrive. The apartment itself was spacious and well-decorated, but the location of the on-site restaurant was inconvenient—a 15-minute walk away. The menu lacked variety, felt like fast food rather than traditional Moroccan cuisine, and the service was painfully slow. Meals took over two hours, and items were often missing. Staff were unfriendly, adding to the disappointment. On the last day, despite ordering breakfast in advance, nothing was served, and we were told the restaurant was closed due to staff illness. Overall, the poor air conditioning, inadequate service, and disappointing dining experience overshadowed the apartment’s luxury, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Had to switch apartment the day after. Because it wasn’t what I booked . I had to wait for one to be available .Not all the rooms have lights. There was always problems with something. They need to improve and fix those a little things. They need to work on communication. In case of an emergency they will not respond back on time. I had specifically requested, if possible, a desirable unit with a pleasing view. To my astonishment, upon our arrival, there was no one present to welcome us. Furthermore, the apartment we were assigned faced another building, and we did not receive the half-board dinner and lunch that we had paid for. At first the lady of the restaurant denied us and asked us to wait for a long time while people are being served saying she has no information about our stay later when she came saying that we only have 1 night which is wrong . After 1h of rude behavior we decided to leave . I contacted Khadija, the individual designated as our point of contact, she informed me that all units were fully booked and that the decision-making authority rested solely with the manager, leaving her unable to provide any assistance. For parking at first they asked us to put our car in spot 40 and after 2h they sent us a message saying no we have to move our car to spit 42 . This situation has left us feeling neglected and disregarded, reflecting poorly on the management's concern for customer satisfaction and the delivery of advertised services. Given the lack of responsiveness from the contact person, I will now pursue an official complaint with Expedia
