one of the best hotels i have stayed in every thing about it was wonderful

We stayed here on a whim as part of an impromptu stop driving back from Verona via lake Garda. It ticked all our boxes for a quick stay: dog friendly, parking etc. It’s right on the side of the lake, a couple of minutes walk from the small fort/castle, quaint harbour surrounded by places to eat and drink. More importantly was the family/ friendly feeling, the staff were super friendly, helping out above and beyond expectations. Even when tragedy struck with a broken down car, the staff made phone calls, translated and the owner himself stepped up and offered to drive us to the garage which was 1 hour round trip. It’s a 2 star hotel with 5 star service! This is recently under new management so with service like this, I can foresee 2 stars becoming 3 or 4 very soon! Can’t recommend these guys enough!
