The hotel looks good on the fotos but in fact it is not as nice as it seems. It hasn't been renewed for several years, there is dirt everywhere. Air conditionning works partially, ventilation in the bathroom didn't work. The towels and bed sheets were full of spots, and even blood, and not smelling good. It looked like it was not changed after Last client. We have asked several times to have it changed, but it was not done. The lights were also covered with dirt, as well as the wardrobe. There were a lot of little "animals" like spiders and ants. The swimming pool looks good on fotos, with a whirlpool and pool for children, but it also dirt. The balcony is very small, without chair, and has the air conditionning gear on it. The WiFi is absolutely crap and disconnects almost every minute, the wired internet was not working. The plugs in the room are old ones and we had to go to the restaurant to have one with 3 pin standard, very convenient to work on laptop! The small sofa was broken and we could not sit on it. The fridge was old, noisy and not clean, and contained only 2-3 different drinks. The freezer was simply unusable because so dirty! The hôtel is not safe, there is no guard in the night only the receptionnist, and no Card is required to use the lift. The garage is extremely tiny and you have to give the key to the attendant so that he can move the cars when needed. And if there is still space, which is way not guaranteed.
