Very clean and comfortable, but room did not have enough towels for 6 people and our check in was at 3 and our room was not ready had us waiting for about 25 minutes. Other than that staff at the receptionist desk was very helpful and nice.

Stayed 3 nights second day I woke up in morning saw large bug in restroom ask the front desk on my way out to please have someone clean my room and mentioned there is a large bug in floor came back 9 hrs later to find my room was not clean and bug still there spoke to Ben manager and he said sorry cleaning crew is gone for the day so I was very concerned do they care about customers wow very disappointed and they did nothing for my trouble very uncomfortable for the next couple of day don't feel like I stayed at the Hilton garden

Young man at the counter has absolutely no idea what he is doing. Booked my room as there was limited hotel availability in the city due to multiple events. I called and he said they were oversold insinuating my booking would be cancelled as well hotels were selling out immediately. With only three hotels showing available, I called a different hotel directly and booked as hotels were being sold out left and right. When I called the hotel back he then said my reservation was booked! But literally 5 mins prior they were oversold!!
I asked they he approve the refund with Expedia and he refused. He spoke to his manager who also refused. The manager did not bother to speak with me so that I could explain the way the boy made it sound like my booking would be cancelled. So much for customer service. Lines get crossed all the time, but their attitude was tacky considering their hotel is usually half the price I paid. Greed.
Will never stay at this hotel. Never have and will be sure to avoid them when booking as I book in town quite frequently.
