Fantastic location, great for a short stay or those in Osaka to explore. I’ll definitely be staying there again. The staff were lovely. The only thing I wasn’t to fond of was the smell of cigarettes around the elevator and hallway - it’s not the end of the world but I’m a non smoker and dislike the smell tremendously.

Cheap hotel in an older building with terrible lighting in rooms and, most importantly, busted A/C units. Even at an extremely low setting, the A/C in the room is overpoweringly strong, to the point where items become cold to the touch. Having to battle with the A/C by continuously turning it on and off was extremely uncomfortable. The provided two pillows were also worthless, being bead-filled sacks that cannot maintain any shape and thus gave little cushioning for your head. Additionally, while not an issue for me and contrary to what the Hotels.com page claims, the front desk cannot communicate in English. I will not stay here in the future.

It was a bit smaller than we were expecting. The service was good and they helped us figure out how things work on our first night in Japan. Very friendly and a good introduction. It’s very close to Tsutenkaku area, lots of food options. Also very close to the metro and JR lines stations.

The service was great. The staff was excellent!!! They could understand my broken Japanese and could also speak some English. The toilets were clean and the bedding was well-done!!!!

Perfect for budget trip who like a public bath. But the room is just enough to sleep. So not the ideal hotel if you carry more than 1 large luggage.

Rooms are very small. It feels like living in a capsule hotel.

Small room but recently refurbished and very good value. The hot bath (Men only) is a nice plus. Good budget for Osaka.

The room is tiny for 2person with big luggage. Have to wait to get shower when it's peak time because whole hotel only have 4 bathroom. Other than that, it's all good.

Service was good and this hotel is super close to the train station, but thats about the only thing good about this hotel. Smelled awful, the rooms were dirty, toilets dirty, everything looked run down and there was no common sitting area, and two gross showers for the whole hotel. I booked another hotel within a couple hours of my stay and got out out of there.

Over rated. 100 tiny rooms 60 sq. feet in area each with 2 futons or mattress on floor almost take up entire floor area. 1 small lift, 1 common bath with onsen for men ( women shy to use) and 1 bathroom on ground floor. Only one Unisex toilet on each floor.
