Generally, it's a good location, but do not expect to park your car easily in that area. The hotel has ZERO parking, even though they don't have parking to unload your stuff in front of the hotel (bring your stuff from self-parking somewhere). This hotel will not provide the iron.

The staff were very nice and helpful but the property quality was not good. The room I stayed in absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke despite it being a no smoking room. And then the bed was like concrete and 2 pillows like thin slabs of lumpy concrete. Looks like they updated the exterior but forgot the most important part - the bed. I won’t be returning.

Nice room, balcony overlooking the marina. AC wasn’t as good as I would have liked. Didn’t seem very adjustable. Thought I was getting a king bed but it was two singles pushed together. I’m tall so not too comfortable. Staff were very nice.

A modern hotel. Very clean. Balconies facing the sea, great view. Nice breakfast. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Thin walls; you hear the neighbours very well, but I wasn’t disturbed at night. Easy access to Ventigmilia Alta (old town) through the elevator inside the tunnel, and a short walk through the tunnel and over the bridge to the new part of the town. 25min walk to Calandre beach. Would recommend.

Our last 2 nights in Italy after a 4 week road trip and WOW, what a fabulous hotel to end it in. A room with an amazing view. Everything about it was just as advertised. Loved it and would certainly recommend to everyone

Fabulous property. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. So close to the beach! I am disabled and was still able to make it to enjoy time on the beach and in the water. The staff gave us tips to make it to Old Town which was also within walkable distance for me. Great stay!

Lovely view of the sea from all rooms and incredibly helpful and friendly team. It is in a fantastic area a few steps from the beautiful new marina with shops and restaurants. Yet also 200 yards from a lift to the amazing old town and a few feet from a tunnel taking you to the centre of Ventimiglia. The town has all sorts of shops and a really enviable daily food market. There are authentic restaurants for every taste and budget. The room was spacious and super clean. The negative was the noisy building site next door that our balcony looked over. It operated from 8am to 5pm Mon to Fri so no chance of a lie in. Also the a/c wasn’t on and it got quite warm in May. They were full so we couldn’t change rooms. The positives outweigh the negatives though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a special place. Unlike any other. Not luxurious but very special and quaint. Hosts are LOVELY. Could be upgraded to luxurious with softer bed and down pillows and a little more attention to toiletries. The used shampoo bottles were a distraction from high end accommodations.

Advertised free parking, but that was actually adjacent public parking which was limited. Secured parking in nearby facility will cost extra. Quiet room was well kept and convenient to lift. We were greeted by a very friendly helpful lady, she made us feel very welcome. We took the lift to the second floor, our room was beautiful with a lovely balcony. The room was very clean and decorated with taste, the bed was also extremely comfortable. The food at breakfast was plentiful, and the breakfast staff very warm and welcoming. Outside the font of the hotel is a very lovely place to sit and relax with a drink. The position of this hotel is well placed for the old town, and the marina, with restaurants just seconds away. We had a wonderful peaceful stay. Thank you we will be back🙂
