On a scale of 1:10, we’d rate it a 11.
Short walk to city centre, although there was plenty to do in the historic centre, staff was so friendly, room very comfortable and the included breakfast buffet was fantastico! Short walk to the port was a plus.

BEAUTIFUL property, palace-like decor, it didn't feel like staying at a hotel. Very spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Amazing location, right in the heart of the city.
Cons: lack of parking and the breakfast was a bit disappointing - most "hot" dishes were cold even early in the morning.

This hotel is located at the best possible location in Sorrento. It is walking distance to anything in Sorrento from beach, to the shopping district to all the happening restaurants. The hotel is beyond beautiful and clean. They provided cleaning service to our room multiple times a day and would leave little treats on our pillows every night. The A/C in the hotel works really well which is wonderful specially when you are traveling to Sorrento in the summer months. Breakfast was ok. I think they need to be more proactive in refilling items on the breakfast buffet table. Every morning I had to ask them multiple times for different things like eggs or bread or pancakes as it would not be enough and they wouldn’t fill it up constantly. Other than that everything else was EXCELLENT.

This was our second stay at this property. Very clean, safe and centrally located. Staff is very helpful making reservations. Thank you for a great stay!

From the moment we arrived they took terrific care of us. Our room was quiet and cool. It was also very spacious. This hotel is a terrific location as it is a five minute walk from the train station.

Very unique property. We had a tiny room. It had a window with no blackout curtains. I need it dark to sleep at night. No fitness room. A very limited breakfast. It was a nice property, but lacked amenities.
