We stayed for a night with our 2 month old baby and had a lovely time. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were really helpful and welcoming, the pool was lovely and clean. Great breakfast, very good for people with allergies

It was nice, quite expensive for what it is but lovely pool area. Would be nice if they opened the bar at the pool. Service is quite slow but it’s a beautiful venue.

No arrival drink offered the place was dead no atmosphere
Wasn’t told anything about the hotel and what it offered or directions
Room small and not the cleanest poor views from the room and very poor satellite tv blurred vision continually on the screen and old fashioned small tv
Breakfast was not even 1* poor choice cold sausages bacon etc
Staff not friendly
Would never ever stay there again

Well what can I say this trip.
Javi, Inaki, Flor are the best you can get at this place. Such wonderful people. So professional and hard working.
There were around 70 ex footballers there on a golf week. Really lovely and respectful people.
Normally the bar is really really boring, but management aloud a band to play and so karaoke every night. Only for 90 mins or so, but was enough for me to have had a great time.
Big iceland wedding 100 people or so, such beautiful people they are. All very respectful,
Hotel is very pricey now, probably over priced in my opinion. But I’ve been coming here from the very early days.
But as well so so peaceful…

Javi, Inaki, Flor are the best you can get at this place. Such wonderful people. So professional and hard working.

Great hotel with probably the best shower I have even used. The hotel had only been back open for two weeks and the bar and restaurant in the hotel was only open of an evening. if you wanted lunch you had to walk to the golf club bar which is a 5min walk away.

LaFinca Hotel is NOISE NOISE NOISE
Tree and bush cutting with petrol fumes engines, leaf blowers all day nowhere to have peace and quiet.
Full of flies that will not go away horrible.
Repeat background music all day and all night. Drives you mad.
No cushions on the room patio furniture, cannot sit on metal slats to hot. Pointless having them there.
Wifi rubbish, you have to login 50 times a day
No toilet hand soap cleaner in any toilets
Big party night before, toilets next morning unclean, no paper, no hand towels. Terrible.
Broken glass around the pool area. No clearners. Short staff.
Noisy petrol fumed golf buggies driving around all day dangerously close to guest
No cushions on sun beds very uncomfortable indeed.
Not enough umbrellas to shade from the sun 4 in total, 50 odd sun beds
Food boring and repetitive menu. Not good quality. Not 5 star at all.
Bar Staff are all very good and professional. Angela works so hard.
Spoke to management on check out and put forward all my issues he just shrugged his shoulders. Amateur.
The management who run this place need replacing, totally out of customer needs. Shame.
