Cozy, comfortable and good price too. But seriously - this is CHARLESTON, so why serve oatmeal but not grits with the breakfast?

Everything was pretty good for the most part. The biggest drawback was the mattress and the pillows. The mattress is extremely old. There were large indents on both sides of the mattress and in the front of it. They new need mattress. The pillows were so soft it felt like sleeping on nothing. I kept waking of with a neck-ache. Other than that it was pretty good. Also, the only ice machine that was operational in the 4story hotel was the one on the first floor at the very end of the hall. That could be a problem. They just need to pay attention to detail, but not a bad stay otherwise.

My family stayed for 6 nights. It was so comfortable, clean and all around fabulous. Daily hot breakfast was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The only negative, the pool was temporarily closed out entire visit. That made the kids a little sad. As a whole, it was outstanding. The most comfortable beds I ever slept in.

My family stayed for 6 nights. It was so comfortable, clean and all around fabulous. Daily hot breakfast was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The only negative, the pool was temporarily closed out entire visit. That made the kids a little sad. As a whole, it was outstanding. The most comfortable beds I ever slept in.

My second time staying at this property first visit was nice second visit we seen roaches in the bathroom on the 4th floor. In addition the shower head was coming out the wall. I don’t recommend room 417.

After we ate dinner I asked the staff at 7pm when the pool would be opening. I was told that it would not be opening at all tonight. There was no one cleaning in the pool area the entire time we were there. I believe the staff did not want to deal with the pool being open. Second the AC unit in our room was leaking, the entire room had a musty smell, and half the floor was soaked. This location had good reviews on here, but I would recommend choosing a different location.

This was out second time staying here and the whole reason we keep coming back is because of the EV chargers and the great rate. Hotel is nice and clean and we appreciate the new renovations that were done since we last visited here.

The bathroom was not completely cleaned. You can tell it had not been wiped and a used bar of soap was in the shower area. There was unidentified stains on the sheets. The breakfast was average with not many options but for a one night stay it was doable.

Everything was very good! The night receptionist Vivian was very helpful! Place is safe. All the different hotels in one block. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices. Some other hotel occupants are very inconsiderate & disrespectful. They make a mess in the breakfast counter eg spilled waffle mix, cereals all over, etc. The room has adequate space. I wish they have ice machine in every floor. Also needs more than 2 charging spots. Otherwise everything is great!

The room was comfortable, the shower curtain needs to be thrown away, one elevator was working and the only ice machine was on first floor end of hallway. The refrigerator cuts off every couple hours not good for having a cold drink when getting back to room. Staff was very friendly.
